From October 2024, I offer regular group supervision in Brno on a pilot basis, intended primarily for graduates/participants of systemic/postmodern/dialogically oriented psychotherapy training, including annual training - for example in Open Dialogue, SF or narrative approach, etc.

 

Place

The supervisions will take place in Jógamatka on Gorkého Street in the center of Brno, in a pleasant environment, with various sitting (and lying down:-) options on the floor and in a chair.

 

Format
There will be 6 supervision meetings from October 2024 to June 2025, and if this format proves successful, we will continue in autumn 2025. Specific dates (these are always Fridays):

Timetable: 9:00 - 15:30 (one-hour lunch break)

At each meeting, we give space to three supervision processes. I would like to agree that regular participants will have priority (in bringing the topic / case). If we managed to create a "closed group", it would theoretically work out in such a way that within one cycle everyone could "come to their turn" (with their topic/case) twice.

 

Way of conducting supervision
I will always lead the supervision, but we will use various reflective processes, so usually the whole group will be involved. In addition to the usual formats that are used in collaborative-dialogic practice (reflective team according to Tom Andersen, "external witnesses", "as if" reflection), I would like to try different experimental formats by agreement. I can already think of some :-)

 

Participants
The basic requirement for participants is that they already have previous experience with the above-mentioned reflective formats, it is enough from a training environment. Furthermore, I would like participants to currently work with clients, and it does not have to be in a psychotherapeutic context - peer workers, counselors, social workers, etc. are welcome.
The maximum number of participants is 9.

 

Price

One-time participation: CZK 1,800

To encourage the creation of a closed group as much as possible, I offer a 25% discount for those who sign up for the full cycle of 6 meetings.
Cycle of 6 group supervisions: CZK 8,100 (i.e. CZK 1,350/meeting)
